Bubbles in Color Cup or Bottle
Loose head cap
Tighten head cap with a crescent wrench
Loose nozzle cap
Tighten nozzle cap finger tight

Double Line

Bent needle

Not Spraying
Loose needle chucking nut
Finger tighten (#18)
Needle stuck  Pull out/Break free and reseat the needle 
Loose head cap  Tighten with a crescent wrench 
Improper air pressure

Paint too thick  See Paint Preperation 
Bottle/Cup vent hole is plugged  Use push pin to unclog vent hole 
Clogged nozzle  See Nozzle (#4) and clean nozzle with toothpick

BUT, BUT, BUT NOTHING WORKS!

Don't panic.  Don't get frustrated.  

In fact, if you feel frustrated go take a walk or do something else until you've calmed down.  Bad things happen to frustrated people.

  1. Go Through the Guide Again

     
    Pay attention to each step.  Double check and do everything it tells you to do.  "Clean" means spotless! Not "oh there's a tiny bit of paint there, it's nothing"--NO NO NO!  That's filthy dirty!
